We begin with a pre-inspection that allows you to show us your specific areas of concern. This important step helps us to accurately see the condition of your carpets and to determine where the spots or stains are. This valuable information will allow us to concentrate on certain aspects of the cleaning process to meet your specific needs. No homes are the same, so we leave with your carpets looking great!
